Message	horrible management, horrible scheduling, and horrible human resource. especially at install, with me there were 3 installers, and they overwork us SOOO frikin much I got a couple 60-70 hours week. Plus they're a bitch to hire new people in positions that require experience, grrr. good pay though~, those 60-70 hours week got me some dough for my Z =P nice silver and juicy kit.
